Katy Haas  


Katy Haas began her work at Florentine Films as a post-production intern on Horatio’s Drive and Jack Johnson. She contributed to the early stages of National Parks before attending The Burren College of Art and The Salt Institute for Documentary Studies. After receiving her Bachelors degree in American Studies from Smith College, Katy continued to pursue documentary film and photography, working on New York City film projects, developing photo essays at home and abroad, and teaching photography. In early 2010 Katy returned to Florentine Films as an apprentice editor for The Dust Bowl, scheduled to air in 2012. She is currently an associate producer on the upcoming series about the history and meaning of the Vietnam War.
